2026 Season Delivery Windows
For the 2026 season, we're offering free residential delivery in select areas north and west of downtown Houston, including Tomball, The Woodlands, Cypress, Spring, Katy, Memorial, and Conroe. Be sure to ask about your location when placing your order.
Delivery slots are limited and fill on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to confirm your area and preferred week.
Delivery Windows:
Week 1: September 26–28
Week 2: September 29–October 2
Week 3: October 6–9
Week 4: October 13–16
Week 5: October 20–23
Week 6: October 27–28
Setup and delivery are included in your package price for locations up to 15 miles from Tomball. For deliveries beyond that distance, please contact us for a custom quote.

What's included in a residential display package?
Every package includes hand-picked pumpkins in different sizes and colors, along with gourds and seasonal décor. Our larger packages also include hay bales, cornstalks, and mum plants.
We offer four packages: Harvest Starter ($275), Autumn Delight ($425), Pumpkin Paradise ($700), and Grand Fall Festival ($1,200).
Do you deliver residential packages, or only commercial?
Yes, we offer delivery, but residential and commercial packages have different conditions.
We include residential delivery in select areas of North and West of Downtown Houston, including Tomball, The Woodlands, Cypress, Katy, Memorial, and Conroe. We have limited delivery spots each peak-season week, so please reserve your package and delivery week as soon as possible.
Pickup is always available at our Tomball location.
Commercial and institutional displays always include delivery, installation, and removal.
How do I pick up my display package?
Residential packages are available for pickup at our Tomball location, 19243 FM 2920.
We'll have your package ready and can help load it into your vehicle.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. While our four packages are designed to make ordering easy, we're happy to talk through adjustments based on your porch size, color preferences, or budget.

What is your payment and refund policy for residential packages?
What is your payment and refund policy for residential packages?
Residential package orders must be paid in full.
Cancellation requests submitted at least 10 days before the first day of your scheduled delivery week (Monday) or pickup date are entitled to a 50% refund.
For example, if your delivery is scheduled for Week 1 of the 2026 season, you must submit your cancellation by 09/11 to be entitled for a refund.
What is your payment and refund policy for commercial displays?
Commercial displays require at least a 50% upfront payment of the quoted price, with the remaining balance due within 48 hours before the delivery date.
Cancellation requests submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled delivery date will get a refund of 50% of the upfront payment.
How does delivery scheduling work?
Deliveries for each season are scheduled in weekly windows running from late September through late October.
Each week has a set number of spots, which we fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we fill these spots, we close the week for deliveries.
When you contact us, we'll confirm whether your area is included and help you choose the week that works best based on availability and need.

What's included in a commercial display?
Our commercial pumpkin displays for businesses and institutions include full service from start to finish: a design consultation, hand-picked pumpkin selection, delivery, professional installation, on-site adjustments throughout the season, and end-of-season removal.

How far in advance should I order?
Our ordering window starts each season on August 1st.
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for larger residential packages and commercial installations, since delivery-week availability can fill quickly and product availability may become limited during October.
Do you remove the display at the end of the season?
For commercial and institutional clients, yes, end-of-season removal is included as part of the full-service package.
With residential packages, you can keep, remove, or compost as you'd like.
Do you offer displays for events?
Yes. Whether you're planning a school event, a Patch Rental, or a Custom Event Display for your celebration, we can design pumpkins to match.
